Every five minutes, the A-Number CRM automatically checks the tasks queue for new tasks. menu item allows for manually forcing the immediate processing of the task queue in order to launch any tasks you want to be run urgently.
Progress indicator is displayed in the bottom bar, showing the action descriptions, plus animated flying envelopes.
